Now entering a 60-day window of opportunity for homebuyers 🚨

Should You Wait for Rates to Drop or Buy Now?
You’ve probably heard people say, “I’m going to wait until rates go down before buying a house.” But here’s the thing—mortgage rates may not drop as much (or as quickly) as you’re hoping.
Before deciding to wait, ask yourself:
Is my credit score strong?
Is my debt manageable?
Am I financially ready for homeownership?
Even small improvements to your credit and debt-to-income ratio can get you a better rate—sometimes more than market changes will.
Currently, rates are lower than they were a year ago, inventory is up, and buyers have a wider selection of homes to choose from. Waiting could mean higher rates, higher prices, or fewer options.
The bottom line: If you’re ready, now is a great time to buy. You can always refinance later if rates drop—but you can’t go back in time and grab the perfect home that’s available today.
