Today is a meaningful day in my real estate journey—I officially earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Certification.
While I truly enjoy working with clients of ALL ages and stages of life, this achievement holds a special place in my heart.
Real estate is never just about buying or selling a home. It’s about life transitions, memories, and sometimes difficult decisions. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of helping many clients navigate these moments—whether it’s downsizing, moving closer to family, transitioning into senior living, or handling the sale of a longtime family home.
These experiences have shaped me, both professionally and personally.
Becoming an SRES® means I’ve taken the time to further educate myself on the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities that come with serving clients aged 50+. It allows me to better guide my clients through important decisions with patience, care, and a deeper understanding of the financial, emotional, and lifestyle factors involved.
This isn’t just another designation to me—it’s a commitment.
